Terms & Conditions
- Price
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The purchase price includes the cost of goods supplied and packaged, exclusive of installation and maintenance, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price you pay will be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST), applicable taxes and duties, and insurance/freight/handling charges (unless already expressly included in the price). We reserve the right to revise our prices before accepting your order. All purchase prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars, unless stated otherwise. Upon acceptance of your order, you are obligated to pay the agreed-upon price. Please note that a quotation does not constitute a binding contract until you place an order that we subsequently accept.
- Warranties
All products come with a written warranty period, as specified in our listings, unless stated otherwise. Warranty coverage varies depending on the purchased item (excluding battery or software issues on complete units). Should you encounter any issues within the warranty period, please contact us during business hours for assistance. If the product is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will cover the cost of Fastway courier, if applicable. However, under normal warranty claims, the cost of returning the faulty item will be your responsibility. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Please note that your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) apply to all purchases. The CGA guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description. For inquiries regarding your rights under the CGA or the warranties offered by us, please contact us during business hours.
- Delivery
We primarily use CourierPost for shipping, with shipping costs detailed below:
- Auckland area: $8 NZD (including GST) per order
- Areas outside Auckland: $9.2 NZD (including GST) per order Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, while those placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays. Generally, you can expect to receive your package 1-2 days after it is dispatched. Before signing for your goods, please ensure you inspect the contents. We cannot process claims for goods signed for and later found to be damaged. In case of damaged goods, refrain from signing and contact us immediately. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon payment and shipment from our premises. Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear all transportation costs associated with delivery.
- Returns and Cancellation Policy
Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality of our products. To initiate a return, please ensure that the screen (product) has not been damaged. If the product is found to be faulty without physical or water damage, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement.
For faulty products:
- Products deemed faulty, without any physical or water damage, are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We will facilitate either a refund or provide you with another screen that we guarantee to be in working condition.
Please note that our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer.
- The product must not have been exposed to water damage.
- Faulty products must be returned within the 10 warranty period.

- Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods remains with us until you fulfill all owed amounts or resell the goods in accordance with these terms. While goods are under our ownership:
- Store them separately or clearly identify them as belonging to us.
- We authorize you to use or sell the goods for full consideration. However, this authorization may be revoked if your credit is deemed unsatisfactory, an Event of Default occurs, or upon written notification from us.
- We reserve the right to enter the premises where goods are stored and remove them without liability for any resulting damage. Additionally, we can resell the goods and apply the proceeds towards amounts owed.
- Guarantees
If the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“Act”) applies, the Act does not cover goods acquired for business purposes. If you on-supply goods, you must:
- Do so with the understanding that the Act does not apply for business purposes.
- Notify consumers that neither we nor any manufacturer guarantee repair facilities or spare parts availability. Express Guarantees under the Act are not provided. If a consumer claim is made against us under the Act, you agree to refund us for any damages incurred up to the value of the margin made on the goods. We are not liable for any claims related to goods supplied, except as expressly provided under these terms and as required or prevented by law.
- Repairs and Replacements
We do not guarantee repair facilities or parts availability for goods. At our discretion, we may notify the manufacturer of any defects and request repairs or replacements. We are not liable to repair or replace defective goods, except as mentioned above.
- Default
If payment is not made by the due date, a default penalty of 2.5% per month may be charged on the unpaid portion, plus any applicable GST. You are liable for any costs incurred by us in recovering overdue payments. We may suspend or terminate any contract upon occurrence of an Event of Default. Upon occurrence of an Event of Default, all amounts owed become immediately due and payable.
- Use of Information
We may obtain information about you from various sources in the course of our business, and you consent to this. We may disclose information about you for credit assessment and debt collection purposes. You must inform us of any changes in circumstances affecting the accuracy of provided information.
- No Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures to comply with obligations under any contract or for any loss or damage claimed by you. Our liability is limited to the price of goods and services supplied by us, except where expressly provided under these terms or as required by law.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities incurred due to your actions or omissions related to this agreement.
- Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel this agreement immediately upon certain events, including but not limited to:
- Ceasing business operations
- Appointment of a receiver over assets
- Breach of agreement terms Upon termination, we may repossess and resell any unpaid goods. Termination does not absolve you of prior liabilities.
- Waiver
Our exercise or failure to exercise any rights or remedies does not prejudice our rights under this agreement. Any waiver must be specified in writing and signed by an authorized person.
- Assignment
You may not transfer rights or obligations under this contract without our prior written consent.
- Governing Law
This contract is governed by New Zealand law, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
- Other Agreements
These terms apply to all transactions where goods are supplied by us. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. In case of inconsistency between these terms and any order or arrangement, these terms prevail unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. If any provision becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
